Traffic along Langford Parkway will be periodically reduced to single-lane both eastbound and westbound during installation of sidewalks along Langford Parkway at Leigh Road.

The work is being done starting today September 27 through to Tuesday October 11, 2022.

The bike lane/walkway alongside Starlight Stadium will be closed during the sidewalk construction, says City of Langford Engineering. There will be a temporary walking through through the stadium grounds, and an alternative walking route for crossing Langford Parkway to and from Leigh Road. Further down, there will also be an alternative walking route across from the stadium parking area.

Traffic control personnel and signage will be on site. Motorists should expect delays, says City of Langford Engineering.
