Board of directors:

The board is now comprised of one municipal council representative from each of the five municipalities that (through the WSPR Society) own the recreation facility.

Previous to the current structure, the Chief Administrative Officers (CAOs / senior staff) of the five municipalities served to steer the society board while it changed its structure. Prior to the interim format of CAOs, there were at least two councillors from each of the five municipalities as well as staff and other community representatives on a very large board that some thought to be too cumbersome.
