The 8th Annual Victoria Goddess Westhills 10K & BMO 5K run/walk is an opportunity for women to come together to celebrate the power that we can embrace when we work together to reach our goals.

Race day is Saturday, June 1. Package pickup from 7 am to 8:15 am ahead of the 8:45 am start. Awards at 10:40 am.

In advance, race packages can also be picked up on Wednesday May 29 and Thursday May 30 downtown, and on May 30 in Langford.

A new race route this year will wind through quiet streets and trails, say organizers. With room for every level of runner or walker – as individuals or in teams – there is swag and fun.

Start and finish is at Belmont Secondary School in Langford (3041 Langford Lake Road). Race registration includes a Technical Race Shirt, Souvenir Race Bag, and Finisher Medal and other Sponsor Items that will be distributed on Race Day at the event.

Started in 2012, the Goddess Run has raised over $200,000 for local charities. This year the BC Cancer Foundation is again their Charity of Choice.

New this year is the LUGARO Diamond Maze that all participants will be able to go through and be entered to win Diamonds.

There is also the St Margaret’s School Kids Dash and Kids Zone on the Belmont School new artificial turf behind the school ($10 registration). Follow the cones from the start to the finish, follow the leader. All participants get a medal.

Virtual runners had a registration deadline of May 15. Those runners will receive a souvenir shirt, race bag, and finisher medal by May 31. They are to complete the distance by June 15.
