West Shore RCMP looks for owners of stolen items

A stash of stolen property was recovered by West Shore RCMP on July 16.

The property was recovered from a vacant residence on Jacklin Rd in Langford; the investigation continues.

“We are hoping to get the property back to the rightful owners and are asking for the public’s help in this. Some of the items we recovered are pretty unique and if you are missing items matching the description below please contact us,” says Cst. Nancy SAGGAR, West Shore RCMP Media Relations Officer.

Pictures of the items are not being released as RCMP say they are expecting the owner to be able to give a detailed description of their property.


The recovered items include:
  • Over 40 paintings (oil, pastel and prints with varying sizes starting a 8×10 to approximately 11×14);
  • Framed comic book cells;
  • Extensive comic book collection;
  • Extensive hockey card collection;
  • Dewalt tool cabinet with various hand tools and power drills;
  • Numerous Laptops from varying brands such as Dell, Toshiba, HP, Acer.
