This evening March 14, Staples Canada issued a statement to customers.

Their stores remain open with hours of operation updated daily on the store websites. For anyone wishing to shop online, Staples has introduced free delivery regardless of order size.

“We are proactively managing our supply of products to ensure we continue to have what you need,” it was stated by David Boone, CEO, Staples Canada.

“As one would expect, we are experiencing some in-stock limitations for certain in-demand products, such as wipes, disinfectant and hand sanitizer, and are working hard to continuously replenish those items,” said Boone in the statement.

They are also increasing the supply of home office technology and March Break essentials for families.

Any updates about how the large office retail chain is responding to the COVID-19 situation will be posted at Staples.ca as it becomes available.
