City of Langford Engineering opened the Chidlow Connector Road at 9 am today, to the entrance to the Slegg Building Materials construction supply store.
The remainder of the Chidlow Road Connector will open in early 2022.
The signal lights are not yet activated at this location, therefore Sooke Road (Highway 14) remains the through road, and the Chidlow Connector Road is a stop-controlled intersection.
All deliveries/visits to Slegg Lumber should now use the Chidlow Connector Road access.
Slegg Building Materials is a prominent supplier to the construction industry. Slegg has 10 locations including Langford, Victoria, Saanichton, Sidney and Duncan.
