Reunion at Belmont is the final phase of the MyBelmont development in Langford.
The Reunion at Belmont condo building construction site is at Kelly Road and Reunion Avenue.
The full MyBelmont location fills the footprint at Kelly Road and Jacklin Road, in a busy section of Langford. Previous phases — Belmont East, Belmont West and Crossing at Belmont buildings — have already been constructed and filled.
Calling the MyBelmont location a “prominent corner or a growing community”, the developer says that guided tours are being offered via the Reunion at Belmont website.
Today on Twitter, the developer posted a video of mostly aerial shots, boasting the usual amenities including being on the same commercial retail footprint as Belmont Market and proximity to the Galloping Goose Trail.
Units are pretty much sold out, but here is a look at the Reunion at Belmont floorplans.
A soft opening/announcement for Reunion at Belmont was held earlier this year (on July 22), to launch the sales of Reunion at Belmont units. A separate office-away-from-home setup will be offered with the sales centre once the sales phase is complete.
