UPDATE 12:45 pm Thursday June 27: The burst pipe in the attic above the third floor caused significant damage to a large section of the building, including privately owned units and businesses within the strata property. City Hall remains closed Jun 27 for in-person service. Interesting that it’s tax season, and the most affected areas of the building are the Finance, Administration and Planning Departments. Temporary reception is being set up on the first floor.
