Notice a streetlight out? A mess in the park? An issue on the roads?
The City of Colwood says their online Action Request form is a great way to let them know.
“Tell us about the issue, upload a photo, and leave your contact information and our team will get back you,” the city said on their Twitter feed yesterday.
Your request goes directly to the team that can help, and is tracked every step of the way as it’s followed up on.
