Belmont Residences East is offering 85 condos for sale on Reunion Avenue in Langford. This month the sales center was just ramping up for the first round of prospective buyers, when COVID-19 hit the fan.
“We will continue the sales preview process, and in order to accommodate the social distancing, we are moving to a digital process only, for the next little while,” says Marcela Corzo, Director of Development, Ledcor Developments.
“Registrants will continue to come in online via digital ads, our Belmont Residences East website will expand at the end of next week, and our sales team will send virtual tours of the sales center and show suite. We are even set up to sign contracts remotely via Avesdo,” Corzo explained during this March 21-22 weekend.
As for all businesses during the sudden economic changes brought on by COVID-19, the Belmont Residences East team has had to move quickly to continue offering their product and services to the condo-buyer marketplace.
