As we’ve already advised by email to our valued West Shore Voice News subscribers and advertisers, the October 12th issue — which includes comprehensive campaign statements from candidates in six municipalities (Langford, Colwood, Sooke, Metchosin, Highlands, View Royal), and one regional area (Juan de Fuca), as well as for the SD62 board — is still in production.
We’re grinding away on formatting that significant volume of material through the rest of this weekend. To uphold the reading quality of this publication we are applying equal editing attention to all material received, as well as working on a pleasing layout for that volume of text. We are thankful to those candidates who stuck to (or came below) the 500-word limit!
Please carve out a bit of time in your busy Monday to review the full October 12th issue of West Shore Voice News when it gets posted. It will be the most comprehensive profile of candidates that you’ll find anywhere for this 2018 Municipal Election, including some good photos of these people doing their work in the community.
