In this first week of August there’s a fun event coming up at Westshore Town Centre in Langford.
In the air-conditioned mall there will be a free-to-attend drop-in art exhibit called Raise the Woof!
It’s part of a number of ‘Air of Surprise’ events at QuadReal malls across the country this week with interactive art installations and giveaways to ‘bring a sense of whimsical surprise’.
Something fun in these challenging times!
All decorated in hot pink, the Raise the Woof exhibit location within Westshore Town Centre won’t be hard to find.
Family fun:
Running Thursday August 3 through Sunday August 6 the event will include a balloon dog art exhibit, along with paintings and sculptures.
It’s a family event… have fun at the photo op with life-sized balloon dogs.
Guests are invited to “adopt” their favourite balloon animal art pieces and can bring them home after the exhibit closes. That’s by donation with proceeds to RainCoast Dog Rescue in Victoria.
