The NDP candidate in Langford-Juan de Fuca is John Horgan, who has held the riding since 2005. He became leader of the NDP party in 2014 and in 2017 his NDP government was formed. He has served as premier for 3.5 years during 2017-2020.
The riding includes Langford, Sooke and the Juan de Fuca areas of East Sooke and out to Port Renfrew.

Advance voting is available October 15 to 21, 8 am to 8 pm at Sooke Community Hall, SEAPARC Leisure Centre in Sooke, and Luxton Community Hall at 1040 Marwood Ave in Langford.
General Voting Day voting locations on Saturday October 24 in Langford-Juan de Fuca include:
- 761 Station Avenue (the Langford Legion), Langford, 8 am to 8 pm.
- 2612 Sooke Road (Forge Church, near Jacklin Road), Langford, 8 am to 8 pm.
- Sooke Community Hall (upstairs), Shields Road, Sooke 8 am to 8 pm.
- Shirley Community Hall, 2795B Sheringham Point Rd, Shirley, 8 am to 8 pm.
- CRD Building Otter Point, 3-7450 Butler Rd, Otter Point, 8 am to 8 pm.
The District Electoral Office for Langford-Juan de Fuca is at 117C-2401 Millstream Rd, Langford. Open Mon-Fri 9 to 5 and Saturdays 10-4. Closed Sundays and Thanksgiving Monday (Oct 12).
