Adapting to the range of online technologies that have become quickly and more widely used during the COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge across educational and business sectors.

A course called “Adapting to COVID-19: The Technology Toolkit” is being offered by BCcampus as targeted toward educational faculty, staff and student leaders.

The free one-hour seminar at 1:30 pm on Friday August 7 is intended to acquaint users with some of the facets of using online technologies, more specifically for using technology to build community in an online learning environment.

There will be a breakout room for Educational Technologists or IT Staff who want to learn from experts how they implemented open source technology like Mattermost, H5P, and WordPress at their institutions.

Registration for event is available online, open until two hours before the event.
