The deadline for payment of 2024 property taxes in the City of Langford is coming up July 2, 2024.
Langford property tax notices were mailed at the end of May.
Any current outstanding balance after this date, including unclaimed Home Owner Grants, will have a penalty levied.
- On July 3, 2024 there will be 5% interest charged on unpaid accounts.
- As of September 2, 2024 an addition 5% is charged on overdue accounts.
Ways to pay your property tax are through online banking, at your bank, using your credit card online, by postal mail, through your mortgage company, using the after-hours drop-box at city hall, or in person at city hall during regular business hours.
