The City of Langford’s Official Community Plan is getting a refresh. Last year the City hired consultants to dig through the details.
City staff and planning experts Brent Toderian (TODERIAN UrbanWORKS) and Todd Litman (Victoria Transport Policy Institute) will make a public presentation next week, to provide more details.
They are set to talk about the big challenges cities are facing, including important issues like affordability, housing, climate change, better transportation, and more!
The idea of ‘refresh’ will be explored.
The OCP of any city impacts residents more than folks may realize. Decisions made through the filter of an urban OCP can households, businesses, developers and communities for years even decades.
