Wishing everyone a year in 2020 that is productive, positive and considerate of all.
In 2020, West Shore Voice News will continue our contribution to community news in our usual way — to move the marker forward in reflecting the community back to itself.
We report on municipal news in the region including Langford, Colwood, Sooke, Metchosin, View Royal, Highlands and Juan de Fuca. The footprint of the Sooke School District 62 is within in that, educating children and helping to generate a productive workforce of the next decade. We cover aspects of BC provincial news and CRD regional news that have impact on the west shore readership area.
Depending on the news cycle, we cover emergency preparedness, real estate and development, health, education, sustainability and environment, and the arts in various levels of depth.
Our 2019 year-end analysis is on page 1 in the December 27, 2019 print-PDF edition of West Shore Voice News.
Our forecast for 2020 will be published in the January 3, 2019 print-PDF edition.
Subscribers receive the print-PDF edition by email each week. There are two budget levels — Basic PermaLink ($28.95 for 1 year) and Premium ($29.95 for 18 weeks). Subscription info is online, or write to subscriptions@westshorevoicenews.com to request billing.
