Shoppers can now add coffee, gourmet tater tots, pho and Korean fried chicken to their visit by way of four exciting new tenants:

  • Totchos: Opening early February in the 1,177 sq.ft. unit across from Winners/HomeSense, this Langford resident-owned restaurant will be serving loaded tater tots, hand-helds (fancy tacos), snacks and soft serve ice cream. Each table will be equipped with a built-in retro video gaming system. [The pending opening of Totchos was first announced in August 2022]
  • Artigiano: This full-service, sit-down café will occupy the 1,460 sq.ft. space across from Fairway Market and will open in February. Artigiano’s new Langford location will feature the menu favourites available at all 18 Western Canada locations including a wide range of speciality coffees and teas, sandwiches and wraps, and fresh bakery items.
  • Vina Taste: Serving pho and other traditional Vietnamese specialities, Vina Taste will open for fast casual dining in March inside 1,007 sq.ft. across from Winners/HomeSense.
  • Kitchen Story: Taking over the former A&W space beside Taco Time, family-owned Kitchen Story will open their 1,724 sq.ft. sit-down eatery in April. Kitchen Story’s menu will focus on Korean comfort food, including Korean-style fried chicken and Korean BBQ.
