It was a burst of enthusiasm and a moment of significance for Belmont Residences East to present their grand opening online.
The event presented on Instagram Live: @BelmontLangford and Facebook: @BelmontLangford featured short pep talks by company representatives, with a guest appearance by Councillor Lillian Szpak representing the City of Langford.
