Success with his brain injury bill:
In recent legislative sessions MacGregor has worked on grocery food prices and his private members bill for Brain Injury support across Canada.
His work on grocery prices ultimately impacts household food availability and nutrition, as consumers respond to ever-increasing food prices at grocery stores.
MacGregor’s brain injury Bill C-277 was passed unanimously in the House of Commons on June 12, 2024.
Newsletter to constituents:
MacGregor’s recent printed flyer by postal mail to constituents included details about salmon farms in the ocean, supporting fishing in Port Renfrew, the go-ahead of the Cowichan weir, and a timeline of MacGregor’s efforts to “confront the corporate greed that is driving inflation”.
It’s in an interesting 4-fold broadsheet format (27″ x 12″) to include a lot of information and a couple of QR codes that you can scan — one to support the transition of salmon farms out of BC coastal waters and one for supporting the NDP fight against what they describe as corporate greed.
