Summer passes are now available at SEAPARC Recreation Centre on Phillips Road in Sooke.
It’s a way for youth to enjoy more recreational time for swimming, the weight room, and on the golf course.
The SEAPARC Recreation Centre is operated by the Capital Regional District (CRD), on behalf of taxpayers in Sooke and Juan de Fuca.
Two passes for youth:
- The Summer Splash & Sweat Pass offers unlimited drop-in access to the pool and the weight room for youth ages 7 to 18 years. Valid between July 2 and September 1. The fee is $42 for two months.
- The Youth Golf Season Pass offers unlimited golf rounds at DeMamiel Creek Golf Course for ages 8 to 18 years. The fee is $225 right through to the end of the 2024 golf season in the fall.
Weight room:
Youth must be 18 years of age to access the weight room at SEAPARC, or 13-15 years of age with a Weight Room Orientation.
Pool maintenance:
The SEAPAC Pool has been closed for regular maintenance since June 10 but will re-open July 2.
Reception access:
The SEAPARC reception area is currently under construction. Visitors may enter the facility via the arena lobby door. Reception staff are currently re-located in the arena lobby concession.
