The winning numbers for the April 21, 2026 Lotto Max draw are: 02, 12, 16, 19, 24, 29 and 48. Bonus: 10.
The EXTRA winning numbers are 2, 19, 48 and 81.
The estimated jackpot for tonight’s April 21, 2026 draw was $40 million, but no one matched all seven numbers to win that.
For matching 6/7+ numbers in the April 21 draw there was one winner of $149,624.00 and there were 34 winners of $4,484.00 each.

The new game format for Lotto Max game started with the April 14, 2026 draw. Draws are on Tuesdays and Friday.
The new Lotto Max jackpot cap for any draw is $90 million (up from the previous $80 million). There are also a varying number of MaxPlus prizes of $100,000 each.
The new game and tickets for the April 14 draw came into effect on Saturday April 11, at the new ticket price of $6 (up from $5).
Each ticket now has four rows of numbers (up from three rows); the numbers run 1 to 52 (previously from 1 to 50).
Next draw on April 24:
The next draw — on April 24, 2026 — has an estimated $50 million jackpot and a potential of 50 MaxPlus wins ($100,000 each).
