Registration for programs and activities at the SEAPARC Recreation Centre in Sooke opened on Wednesday this week (March 13).
Swim lesson registration (set 1) opens Wednesday March 27 at 9 am. Here is a direct link to the April-August 2024 Activity Guide.
Right off the top, the guide (available as PDF or in print) features the drop-in schedules for Aquafit, Swimming Pool, Fitness, and Dry Floor.
The pool will be closed July 10 to July 1 for annual maintenance.
The SEAPARC Recreation building is open daily, with the same hours for both pool and weight room.
- Mon-Fri 6 am to 9 pm
- Sat-Sun 7 am to 9 pm
The bike park, skate park and Raven’s Ridge sport box are open daily from dawn to dusk, with some seasonal closures.
DeMamiel Creek Golf Course opens March 23 for the full season (into fall 2024).
Admission per-visit or by membership.
There are early years and school-age programs, as well as summer camps, and activities for seniors. There is no specific section for Youth.
CRD facility:
SEAPARC Recreation Centre (formerly SEAPARC Leisure Complex) is owned and operated by the Capital Regional District (CRD). Funding is contributed from taxpayers in the District of Sooke and the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area (East Sooke, and areas west of Sooke).
