Pacific FC (0-1-0) will be back at Westhills Stadium tomorrow Saturday July 13 to face Hamilton’s Forge FC (0-1-0). Gates open at 1 pm, with kickoff at 3 pm.

Last weekend, Pacific FC hosted the Spring League champs, Cavalry FC, to start the Fall Season, producing two goals but a final win for the Calgary team 3-2.

The July 13 game is an important one for Pacific FC as they look to show their growth against a strong Hamilton side. Meanwhile, Forge FC will want to capitalize and catch up to Cavalry FC for the second portion of the CPL.

Pacific FC is a young side in the Canadian Premiere League (CPL), showing resiliency throughout multiple key injuries with strong performances. The Island contingent will look to put their first points on the board with a win versus Forge.

Saturday could see the return of right-back Kadin Chung with Victor Blasco and Terran Campbell continuing strong up front for the Isle.

Organizers say that Pacific FC under Coach Michael Silberbauer will be eyeing three points on Vancouver Island Saturday afternoon to get the Fall Season on track.

Despite dropping back-to-back games to end the Spring Season and begin the Fall Season, Forge FC led by head coach Bobby Smyrniotis have been impressive all season. The Ontario side finished in second place with a (6-3-1) record, missing out on the title by five points. With back-to-back losses to FC Edmonton, Forge will look to get back to winning ways for the new season in Langford on Saturday.
