Summer is the season for road construction pretty much anywhere in Canada.
In Langford over the next two weeks expect traffic delays on Leigh Road at Dunford (fronting 2881 Dunford).
That’s a popular morning commuter route as it’s a major juncture for through-traffic to/from Goldstream Avenue and Highway 1 and McCallum Road access shortly beyond.
It’s an area with residential, industrial, commercial and tourism road traffic.
The road works will be done between 7 am and 7 pm Monday to Friday during May 20 to June 6.
During those times there will be single lane alternating traffic to accommodate road works in the road right of way.
