The three provincial candidates for Langford-Highlands will meet with voters at Poncho’s Cafe in central Langford, this weekend and next.
A series of meet-and-greet events at the popular cafe on Goldstream Avenue in the city’s core will be a casual opportunity for prospective voters to chat with candidates about issues and challenges in the fast-growing riding.
Poncho’s is at 755 Goldstream Avenue. That’s on a bus route, and there is parking on the street and behind the building.
It’s free to attend. Bring family and friends.

At present, here is the schedule:
- Friday October 4 – Ravi Parmar (BC NDP) – 12:30 to 2:30 pm
- Saturday October 5 – Mike Harris (BC Conservative) – 12:30 to 2:30 pm
- Friday October 11 – Mike Harris (BC Conservative) – 9:30 to 11:30 am
- Saturday October 12 – Ravi Parmar (BC NDP) – 9:30 to 11:30 am
- Saturday October 12 – Erin Cassels (BC Green) – 12:30 to 2:30 pm

Election date:
The 2024 provincial election is on Saturday October 19. Advance voting is available October 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16.
