The WestShore Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 2018 municipal all candidates meeting.
The event is fully open to the public, being held on Tuesday, October 9 at the Langford Legion, 761 Station Street.
Doors open 5:45 pm for a Meet and Greet with the candidates. Then the forum begins at 6:30 pm and runs to 8:45 pm.
Those who attend will hear from local candidates. Running for mayor is long-time Mayor Stew Young (incumbent) and also long-time resident Robert Fraser.
Running for Council (I= incumbent): Denise Blackwell (I), Wendy Hobbs, Matt Sahlstrom (I), Lanny Seaton (I), Norma Stewart, Lillian Szpak (I), and Roger Wade (I).
