Justice, Defence, Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity critic roles for Randall Garrison MP

Today it was announced by NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh that Randall Garrison, MP (Esquimalt-Saanich-Sooke) will hold the role of critic for Defence, Justice and Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.

Overall, those are the same roles Garrison held at various times in his previous two terms in office.

Garrison won re-election October 21, 2019 for a third term as the Member of Parliament for Esquimalt-Saanich-Sooke.

Garrison posted on Twitter today: “Very pleased to be appointed federal #NDP Spokesperson for Justice, Defence, and Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (#SOGI). Ready to get started on getting things done in this minority parliament!”

The Deputy Critic for Justice is Alistair MacGregor (Cowichan-Malahat-Langford) and the Deputy Critic for Defence is Jack Harris (St John’s East).
