Conservative MP Jeff Kibble (Cowichan-Malahat-Langford) will be hosting two Christmas season events in Langford.
Jeff Kibble MP’s Holiday Skate in Langford will be held on Monday December 15 at the Eagle Ridge Community Centre, 1069 Langford Parkway. for one hour from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. Free and open to all ages. Skate rental not included. RSVP required.
His Christmas Open House will be held on Wednesday December 17 at his Langford constituency office at 202-814 Goldstream Ave from 4 to 6 pm. Join MP Kibble for some holiday cheer and light refreshments. RSVP required.
Seasonal connection:
Holiday season events are held by MPs all around the country in their home constituencies. It’s a way to connect with constituents about local matters and how work done in Ottawa connects back to the home riding.
Large riding:
Kibble’s riding has a particularly large geographical footprint, hence two offices and two sets of holiday events so that all constituents have access to meet with their MP.
