The Canadian Cancer Society and Hockey Fights Cancer™ are joining forces this month of November in support of cancer patients and their families. They invite all Canadians to help them inspire hope and courage for those who are living with and moving past cancer.
Hockey Fights Cancer™ is a joint initiative by the National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Players’ Association in partnership with the Canadian Cancer Society.
They offer three ways to make a difference this month. “Give the Gift of an Assist” will see donations matched during November. “Sport your fandom” offers gear and merchandise for sale. Or hold your own fundraiser with all proceeds going to benefit the Canadian Cancer Society. www.cancer.ca
