Only one more sleep until Christmas Eve! And then Christmas arrives on Thursday December 25.
Weather tonight will be mainly cloudy with a 40% chance of showers early this evening, says Environment Canada.
Wind tonight will be southeast 20 km/h becoming northeast 20 km/h early this evening. Low temperature tonight is forecast to be 4°C.
Wednesday December 24 – Christmas Eve:
- On Christmas eve day, December 24, the forecast includes periods of rain.
- Wind northeast 30 km/h gusting to 50 km/h becoming southwest 20 km/h late in the afternoon. High 7°C.
- Periods of rain ending early in the evening then partly cloudy. Wind southwest 20 km/h becoming northeast 20 near midnight. Low 2°C.
Thursday December 25 – Christmas Day:
- On Christmas Day, the forecast presently shows showers with a high of 5°C.
- The evening forecast is for showers and low of 1°C [Updated to a low of 2°C]. That could create icy conditions on roads and sidewalks.
Friday December 26 – Boxing Day.
- On Friday the forecast shows showers, windy conditions, and a high of 6°C.
