Story time in the park is fun for young families.
Presented by Township of Esquimalt staff at Saxe Point Park, stories by Canadian authors will be read aloud, followed by a themed activity.
The stories are intended for children ages 2 to 5, but all are welcome.
Meet at the flagpole for Summer Stories in the Park.
The weekly Thursday morning event started July 3, and continues now through August 28.

- July 10 – This is a Tiny Fragile Snake by Nicholas Ruddock

- July 24 – Lobster’s Vacation by Michelle Robinson

- Aug 7- Super Small by Tiffany Stone
- Aug 14 – Brave like the Buffalo by Melissa Allen
- Aug 21 – A Bumblebee Sweater by Betty Waterton
- Aug 28 -Emma at the Fair by Magriet Ruurs
Each week participants receive a sticker for their summer stories passport.
