A 55-year-old man was arrested by West Shore RCMP today Saturday July 20 and is under investigation for impaired driving, dangerous driving and flight from police after being seen driving erratically on the Trans Canada Highway (TCH / Highway 1) in Langford.

While on the highway, around 11:55 am, RCMP attempted to stop the suspected impaired driver whose vehicle was travelling south towards Veterans Memorial Parkway.
