The deadline for the first 2020 intake of Project, Series & Extended Programming grants by the Capital Regional District (CRD) is fast approaching.

The program supports emerging or established arts organizations to produce or present one-time, recurring projects including short series of events or programming within a year.

This program is open to non-profit arts and cultural societies registered in BC and based in a participating Arts & Culture Support Service municipality or electoral area (Saanich, Victoria, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Highlands, Metchosin, Sooke, Southern Gulf Islands).

The upcoming extended grant application deadline is now 4:30 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2020. After that, there’s another deadline presently set as Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 4:30 pm.

A grant amount recommended in the Projects, Series and Extended Programming Grant program is determined by evidence of demonstrated need in the application, by the needs of other applications received at the same deadline, and by limits to available resources.
