Three members of council were unable to attend tonight’s March 2, 2026 City of Langford Regular Council Meeting.
Attending in council chambers were City Councillors Keith Yacucha (who was selected to chair the meeting), Colby Harder and Mary Wagner. Councillor Lillian Szpak attended remotely via Zoom. Unable to attend this evening: Mayor Scott Goodmanson, and Councillors Kimberley Guiry and Mark Morley.

Tonight’s agenda for the City of Langford Council Meeting (7 pm) includes review of reports that were considered by the city’s Community Advisory Committee:
- West Shore RCMP Annual Report;
- Application for an Extended Area of Operation for a Liquor Primary Licence;
- Bylaw 2265 – The Langford station; and
- Bylaws 2239 and 2212 – (CRD) Animal Control Bylaws.
There will be Public Participation, and later on consideration of various property-related bylaws.
This comes in the middle of the season for development of Budget 2026.
