Belmont Residences is launching its newest phase, Belmont Residences East, in the residential/commercial development area at Jacklin Road and Kelly Road in Langford.
An updated sales centre reflects #MyBelmont’s newest home offering in Belmont Residences East by Ledcor Developments.
Belmont Residence East (85 units) follows on the current 97% sales success of Belmont Residences West (80 units) and the Rent to Own program. Condo unit layouts are 1-, 2-, and 2+den starting in the low $300,000 price range.
As of March 2020, registered potential, homebuyers will have the opportunity to walk through a Belmont Residences East show home to review options for layouts, Nordic-inspired clean modern finishings and design elements, and learn more about the variety of shops, services and amenities available in the shared #MyBelmont neighbourhood (commercial development by Crombie REIT).
