Renaming of road within the Belmont Residences/Market development

There’s a new name for a relatively new road. Division Avenue that runs through the Belmont Market & Belmont Residences development will be named Reunion Avenue, effective October 1, 2018.
The announcement was released today by the City of Langford engineering department.
The Belmont development land was formerly the site of the old Belmont Secondary School of SD62. The idea of a (student) reunion for that property has a nice happy ring to it.
The soon-to-be-called Reunion Avenue runs from Jacklin Road (at the corner where the SD62 administration building is) over to Jenkins Ave (alongside Westshore Town Centre).
