New winter event in Colwood features lights & caroling

Forest Lights is a new event is on the holiday calendar in Colwood this Christmas season.

CANCELLED at 4 pm December 19 due to heavy rain.

With a soft launch on December 12 (and lights up before that on December 7), the event will be repeated again this Thursday evening December 19, from 6 to 8 pm.

Enjoy the ambiance of colourful seasonal lighting amidst the trees at Herm Williams Park at 646 Kelly Road (approximately half way between Sooke Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway).

Hot chocolate and caroling add to the fun.

Wander through the Forest Lights at the park on any evening through the holidays, beginning December 7.

The event is co-sponsored by City of Colwood and Onni Group (the developer of Colwood Corners which is adding retail, residential and public space to the core of Colwood’s commercial area).
