- COLWOOD – On Tuesday December 2 there will water meter decommissioning work done at 2005 Sooke Road in Colwood (near the Royal Roads University front entry). Expect traffic delays between 9 am and 3 pm. Crews will be filling and sealing the old water meter vault within the sidewalk.

- SOOKE – On Wednesday December 3 a utility pole replacement near 2047 Otter Point Road will result in single-lane alternating traffic for about two hours starting at 9 am. Expect minor delays. Use an alternate route where possible.
- SOOKE – On Sunday December 7 the Sooke Holiday Parade will require local road closures to ensure safety of parade participants and spectators, from 4:30 pm to about 6:30 pm. Road closures: Throup Road (from Journey Middle School to Church Road); Church Road (from Throup/Church roundabout to Wadams Way); Wadams Way (from Church Road to Townsend Road). Of note: In 2023 and years previous, this parade was done along Highway 14 which disrupted regional traffic, so this is an improvement; the new route started with the Dec 2024 parade and is repeated this year.
- SAANICH:
- Maddock Avenue West between Davin Street and Harriet Road – Dec 2 to 5 (7 am to 4 pm)
- Iona Drive between Cedar Hill Cross Road and Broadmead Avenue – continues to Dec 12 (7:30 am to 3:30 pm)
- Reynolds Road between Cedar Hill Cross Road and Cumberland Road – continues to Dec 31, 2025 (9 am to 3:30 pm)
- 1155 Roy Road – drain installation – continues to Dec 5.
- Roy Road (Wilkinson Rd and Elizabeth St) – sewer and installation – now continues to Jan 19, 2026. Full closure of Roy Road (Carey Rd to Wilkinson Rd, 8 am to 4 pm) but open overnight (4 pm to 8 am) for westbound traffic (Carey Rod to Wilkinson Rd).
- 1160 Roy Road (Wilkinson Rd to Carey Rd) – full road closure with no through traffic whill crosing being installed), through to Dec 15.
