At 7:39 am this morning, a magnitude 4.9 earthquake occurred 45 miles (72 km) west of Anchorage, Alaska — 10 km NW of Beluga, Alaska.
The USGS says the November 22 quake occurred at a depth of 61.7 km.
There was no tsunami threat to BC, says Emergency Info BC.
