Traffic delays can be expected on Glen Lake Road in Langford from October 2025 through to March 2026.
Work is being done for CRD water main installation.
Glen Lake Road / Jenkins Road offers access to the back side of Starlight Stadium and the parking lot for Belmont Secondary School near City Centre Park and the Goudy sports field.
It’s a route through an older residential area that used by Westhills residents to get to and from retail and commercial services in the Jacklin Road area, for students and parents to get to and from Belmont Secondary, and for sports community folks to get to and from Starlight Stadium and the Rugby Canada training centre.
Traffic control personnel were seen training on Glen Lake Road a few weeks ago.
Signage about the upcoming roadworks has been posted in recent weeks near Belmont Secondary School and at the Alouette/Glen Lake roundabout.
