Three years later, classic car enthusiasts have returned to Victoria for a summer celebration and awards event.

The last Northwest Deuce Days was in 2022 and before that in 2019. Now this weekend, the show is on again. About 1,300 cars are in the event, an 8% increase over the 2022 show.

Victoria’s summer weather is a key attraction. Not just for visitors to tour about and view the vehicles but for the vehicles themselves (for which minimal to no rain and moderate temperatures are not detrimental to costly cars that are all polished up for the show).

Vehicles up to and including 1951 are eligible for registration. Most of the vehicles are from the 1930s, with some as old as originating in 1913.

Beginning their shifts before sunrise to park and stage the vehicles for viewing is just one example of the hospitality that makes Northwest Deuce Days a beloved festival for participants, locals and visitors alike.

In previous show years (2019 and 2022), the cars also did a run out to Langford, through the Burnside area of Saanich, and back to downtown Victoria.
