The City of Colwood invites local residents to celebrate the spirit of the season, by reconnecting with friends and neighbours at the Colwood Christmas Light Up celebration on Wednesday December 7.
The event will be held from 6 to 8 pm at Colwood City Hall, 3300 Wishart Road. Festive lighting is outdoors, along with refreshments including hot chocolate, hot dogs and fresh baked treats. Craft activities will be held indoors.
Local choirs from Wishart, Sangster and David Cameron Elementary Schools will be singing.
Santa’s arrival by fire truck is of course much anticipated!
People seem enthused this year to get out an enjoy more events after following COVID-19 public health restrictions in 2020 and 2021.
The Colwood light up was suspended in 2020 during the first year of the pandemic.
